Order Delivered on time
Ordered a set of Arthur Price/Sophie Conran cutlery set. Item was showing as in stock on the website and was delivered by Royal Mail on the scheduled date undamaged. Cutlery had been dislodged from it's place inside the box but fortunately appears undamaged. Something to hold the items in place inside the product box would be a good idea. Many thanks

Ordered a kettle and toaster set as it was cheaper than elsewhere online, customer service was fantastic with updates from purchase. I was able to state the day I wanted delivery which was free and I was given an hours timeslot, fabulous service will definitely be using Harts again

Great Service!
I ordered six Denby glasses but, unfortunately, two of the glasses were damaged. One had a chip in it (I presume this happened in transit and cannot be helped as these things happen) but the other one had a design flaw in which the glass had not been blown correctly. I contacted Harts of Stur to let them know about this and attached photos of the damaged products. They replied really quickly and advised me to send back the damaged glasses free of charge. They then quickly sent through a replacement set which were absolutely fine. Another aspect I liked was that they used environmentally friendly packaging for the glasses which look like Wotsits but actually dissolve in water!
Overall, I was really impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I, therefore, highly recommend them.

Great and fast service
I had to get a new kettle and had been looking online for something nice. Eventually I had set my mind to a particular one. Looking around I found a company providing the kettle cheaper (sorry, guys) but they didn't have it in stock so I ordered it from Harts of Stur. Everything went really smoothly and very fast (I live in the Scottish Highlands). I even got an email beforehand advising me of the type of packaging used and how I could dispose of it. And the box my kettle was sent in was actually re-purposed packaging. Great that they are trying to do their bit for a greener world.

This is. a really great service with exemplary attention to detail. I wanted 2 Kilner dispensing jars for a particular purpose. Harts of Stur carry a fabulous range of products at very competitive a price. The items were shown as in stock. The purchase procedure straightforward and quick; as was their service. Although not a particularly expensive item it was dispatched. and delivered. with remarkable speed. It gets better. The items were thoroughly and carefully packed and securely dispatched, Which is something to savour when poor or inadequate packaging is beginning to to be more prevalent. Not here and only shredded recyclable packaging was used there was not the least risk to these articles. A fabulous service.
Good customer service and lovely range of products
Lovely products and packaged well. I accidentally ordered the wrong size glass and they were more than happy to accept the returns. The process would have been easier if they provided a replacement service, but the refund was served promptly so I could then go ahead and re order the correct products. Great customer service and excellent goods

Really disappointed with the level of service received by the Hart's of Stur team recently. My delivery scheduled today was a "no show" yet the team chooses to ignore the paying customer. I am now out of pocket to the value of £100.00 with zero signs of a refund to date. Nice way to treat your customers. This will be the first and last time I will shop at Hart's of Sturs, sadly - customers beware.
Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Not only did I get an absolute bargain as I couldn't find the Melitta Coffee machine anywhere cheaper, I also received first class service and amazingly fast delivery with DPD.
They will be my first port of call for future needs.

Denby champagne saucers and…
I ordered Denby champagne saucers and wine glasses. They were delivered within a few days by DPD. Unfortunately three of the champagne saucers were broken. I contacted them with the evidence and within an hour, I was informed that replacement champagne saucers will be dispatched and delivered by Royal Mail. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

A very disappointing experience with Harts. Bought an expensive Magimix product and chose Harts of Stur as I perceived them to be a family run friendly and reliable business. The machine has broken after second use and Harts have declined to offer any kind of support or help and just referred me to Magimix!
